The Business Centre offers an impressive choice of world class facilities suitable for a range of meetings, presentations and training.


Lecture Theatre

Superbly equipped, air-conditioned and comfortable - ideal for training, product launches and presentations.

  • 106 tiered seats – so everyone has a perfect view
  • Large foyer for exhibitions, refreshments, registration etc
  • State-of-the-art AV facilities with up to three video and three PC inputs
  • Separate 35mm slide projection room
  • Modern PA system with full sound recording facilities
  • Conference lectern with integrated lighting controls
  • Full technical theatre support available

Meeting rooms

Red Room

A large, light and airy space that is extremely adaptable, comfortable and well-equipped.

  • Boardroom, classroom, u-style or theatre format for up to 40 people
  • Video and graphics projector for computer-generated presentations
  • VHS video (PAL), dual monitor display 35mm projector, overhead projector
  • Electronic whiteboard
  • PC and modem facilities available
  • Air conditioned

White Room

Adaptable meeting room with natural daylight and air conditioning.

Blue Room

A medium-sized room adaptable to theatre-style presentations, meetings and seminars.

Orange Room

A medium sized ground floor room for meetings, seminars and workgroups.

Indigo Room / Yellow Room

Smaller rooms for meetings, seminars and workgroups.

Green Room

Ideally suited for boardroom-style meetings in comfort and privacy, fully equipped with audio-visual aids.

Violet Room

The smallest of our rooms, that can be used for intimate meetings, appraisals and reviews. Can be combined with other Business Centre rooms to form a suite.

Video Conferencing Suite

The Business Centre's purpose built video conferencing facilities feature state of the art equipment that is compatible with international video conferencing standards H.320 and T.120, including:
  • Tandberg Vision 2000 conferencing system
  • Dual monitor
  • Six channel ISDN - 2 support (384 kbit/s)
  • PC and video input
  • Conference recording facilities

Log files

Log files allow us to record visitors’ use of the site. The CMS puts together log file information from all our visitors, which we use to make improvements to the layout of the site and to the information in it, based on the way that visitors move around it. Log files do not contain any personal information about you. If you receive the HTML-formatted version of a newsletter, your opening of the newsletter email is notified to us and saved. Your clicks on links in the newsletter are also saved. These and the open statistics are used in aggregate form to give us an indication of the popularity of the content and to help us make decisions about future content and formatting.
