Chief Finance Officer

Based at Capenhurst, near Chester

EA Technology Limited is an employee-owned company experiencing rapid growth in all areas of the business. As a result of this we require an experienced CFO to play a leading role in the next stage of our development. We need someone to lead the finance function, to implement robust controls and processes, and to guide the business through an intense period of growth and change.

This Director and Group Board Member position reporting to the Chief Executive Officer will have responsibility for:

• Managing financial control and providing insightful decision support
• Managing the budgeting and planning processes
• Financial evaluation of new strategies and proposals
• Leading corporate activity such as M&A processes

The successful applicant will be able to demonstrate the following:

• Experience in a similar role within a fast growth company in a dynamic change environment
• Track record of taking a leading role in M&A activity
• Must be passionate about efficient financial processes
• Strong communicator who is credible at board level

The position requires professional written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills. The ability to motivate teams to produce quality materials within tight timeframes and simultaneously manage several projects.

Candidates will have relevant experience at a senior level finance or accounting position, and be a qualified Accountant.
