OVERVIEW

The PD Monitor™ works by measuring Transient Earth Voltage signals (TEV), given off when insulation material in high voltage assets degrades – a sure sign of potentially damaging PD activity. Data is gathered over time and can be analysed to produce a highly accurate picture of the condition of assets.

Fact: 85% of disruptive failures in HV/MV assets are PD related
Fact: The PD Monitor™ is the world’s most effective tool for analysing PD-related faults and predicting failures
