The Polarity Test Pen™, with its precision calibration, only activates its light and buzzer when it comes within 3mm of a live conductor's core. This unique feature allows it to distinguish between live and non-live conductors without the need for current flow in the live conductor.
The Test Pen Checker™ enhances the functionality of the kit by automatically verifying the pen's operation. It does this by mimicking the electrical field produced by a live conductor, ensuring the pen is always performing accurately.
